So quick & easy.

I love you venmo but could we please get this instant drop together?! Seeing “we’re making a few changes to instant transfer” in the way! Ask cash app what they do.

Could be better if there were messaging function.

Apparently, the Venmo app now requires you upload your entire contact list in order to sign in. I couldn’t find a way around this, and I tried. This is a huge privacy issue, so I’m now no longer using Venmo. Google Pay actually works better, and you’re probably already signed in to your Google Account—no more painful Venmo password resets.

This service is garbage! If you read the “rules” you’ll find that no one is liable for your $$. You’re basically sending $$ on good faith. This service is only good for paying friends and family but most major banks already offer this service.

One my my friends sent me a large amount of money on Venmo, roughy $650, to transfer into my account because Venmo would not let her add her new banking information. I put in my banking information and verified my bank and transferred the money into my account. 2 days later they emailed my saying my Venmo account had been frozen and to send a photo of my drivers license to un freeze my account. Now a week later I reached out to them about the money’s whereabouts as it never reached my account. They proceeded to tell me my account had been permanently deleted for violations to the terms and agreement which they did not specify what exactly had been violated and said that they could not credit the money back to me so they money is gone and they act like they don’t know where it is. Mind you they sent a couple cents to my account and withdrew it to verify my bank so where could the money have gone? Do no download this app or use it anyway that deals with you personal money or the same thing will happen to you and you’ll never see your money again

I have had this app for all of two weeks and the instant transfer hasn’t worked once. A couple of my friends have it and when I send them money they can transfer it to there bank instantly but when they send some to me I have to wait 3 business days every time and we go to the same bank. This app would be great if instant transfer worked.

If i can rate this with no stars , i would . I’ve been using Venmo for a very long time & now that I really need money transferred over to my account with a 25¢ fee I can’t even transfer it because ‘thy are working on it’ been saying this for the past 2 days now. FIX THE ISSUE!

The instant transfer option has been unavailable for several days. I understand when things like this happen but some kind of heads up before would have been optimal considering I got paid on Friday thinking I would be able to instant transfer my money to have for the weekend. Instead, now I have to wait until Monday. Not cool, Venmo. I’m super disappointed and frustrated.

No need to worry about having cash, can send through Venmo in the blink of an eye! So easy to use, nothing complicated at all!

So so convenient!! Even my techno-illiterate mother can use it!

Never got my money on time

I’ve had the Venmo App for a couple years now and have always liked it. It is not difficult to navigate and use and it can be a very helpful way to get money to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Instant transfers has not been working for as long as I’ve had this app ? I cannot wait for the money to be in my account. What’s the point of this app then!!!

Love that this app makes bank transfers easy and free. Weird that it has this social media concept where it tells your contacts (also using the app) when your giving/receiving money. However this is a function that can be turned off so 5 stars! Thanks Venmo.
