Faulty charge on account and venmo support staff acted like there was nothing they could do about it.

Easiest way to pay anyone! Easier than PayPal! I use Venmo on the daily.

Venmo allows me to pay bills to my tenants and friends quickly and easily. This is so convenient.

I keep having an error message come up with a card that I’ve used before and customer service can’t seem to help Also there should be an easier way to select which card you want to use

Why is it so hard to delete your account?? I went to the browser, tried to login. And I am getting a cookie enable request. I click and I get nothing. Why can’t I delete my account from the app??

The app stopped working more than a week ago and I haven’t been able to transfer anyone funds. There is no work around and no estimate for fixing.

This app continuously has issues that doesn’t allow you to receive money. There is no option to delete a card or account it will capture and keep it. If you send someone money who has a prepaid card they cannot claim it. It doesn’t allow you to accept payments immediately once you see it with even some non prepaid cards. GOOGLE WALLET IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN.

Great app

Best part is the ease of use - transactions take under ten seconds and I’m in my 50’s - I did not grow up with a “device” in my hand. I stay with the tech/innovation curve but have to think more about how to be efficient with technology than most millennials.

Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Just retired,my son introduced me to Venmo to quickly send funds to family and friends for free and it has been fantastic.
