The keep freezing peoples account so a lot of people leaving

Since introduced to Venmo from friends as a platform to exchange payments, its ease to use & efficiency has me coming back.

Quick transfer is still down. Seems like their trying to pay off some debt.

Thank god for Venmo, my debit card numbers were stolen from a local bar and I was freaking out while trying to get it fixed with my bank, until I realized I had money in my Venmo account and was able to survive off Venmo to people and places until my account was fixed!!!

I downloaded this app only a month ago and I thought per the price given by the app that I would be okay using it, only to find out that the sole reason I downloaded it ( for the instant transfer option) had been disabled..fast forward to today and this feature is still down going on 6 days now and the only response from the support team I am getting about my money being held hostage is that they are sorry for the inconvenience!! I would stay as far away from this app as possible and will be deleting it as soon as I can get my funds off of it.

This is great and all, but I want the ability to delete the record of any transaction on my profile feed. If I were to ever make my transactions public, I wouldn’t want anyone to see who I’ve made payments to.

This has been a nightmare that I would not recommend. No one has contacted me after waiting for y funds all weekend. No matter how you try to reach someone to fix the problem, the truth is that the Company ignored my requests for help. The funds are in their possession and that’s not what we wanted, who would have known that this problem has no way for you to resolve it because only the Company staff can access your money. Thanks a lot for dumping the stressful situation upon me.

I love Venmo. Its easy to use and easy to save in Venmo. Love it! Try it and have money in a place to pull on when people owe you money or you owe them money! Best App ever. Better than a bank no fees or hidden fees. 5 *’s Venmo!

Venmo has been a great way for friends to easily split the bill for dining and drinks :)

I’m usually stressed about technology and apps, however, if I can set up and use Venmo, anyone can! It’s so easy breezy?.

I love Venmo. My peers and I use it when it’s easier than splitting the check, when it’s time to pay rent and bills, to buy each other drinks- and it has totally eliminated the need to keep up and become frustrated by who owes who what amount. Couldn’t recommend it more, and I haven’t even used its in-store capability.

It’s literally called send and receive money. Yet cashing out is a whole different ballpark. Their instant cash out is down and who knows how long it’s been down since I never received a notice saying it was down. I do not want to add my bank information seeing as my bank already has a money transferring service and I don’t have to enter anything to use it. I prefer using my bank card and that was the option that was given to me. Now it’s down for who knows how long and I can’t get a clear answer as to when it’ll be back up other than “sometime next week”. So now I have funds sitting on the app until sometime next week. Nice. Thanks guys!

Can’t make a payment, and can’t get customer support, tried calling, tried chatting, tried emailing, no response.

I recently used this to get paid for some work I did for a friend, but now my money is tied up in my Venmo balance and I cant transfer it out. Cant use instant transfer because it says it is down, and I cant use use standard, because it says my bank account is already used by someone else. (No one else has done this with my permission, and their support team just send links to the help questions.) Ive tried just sending the money to someone else that is willing to just transfer it to their account and give me the money, but it wont even let me send the money I have on balance. All in all, very frustrating not being able to do anything with my money >:(
