I know you can change it to private but why do we need to see everyone’s transactions on public,,,, I’m old

It’s no google wallet.

the app stopped allowing me to transfer to other venmo users, without any reason why. then why trying to get help from customer service, no one ever replied.

No other apps make you initiate funds to your bank; they have a setting that automates this. Countless times I think money will arrive any day now (that a friend used Venmo to pay me with), but the funds are still in Venmo ...waiting for me to transfer to my bank. ??‍♀️

Doesn’t open after update on iPhone 6s

It is very convenient because it helps me send/give people money without having to go get cash.

Literally anything other than this app. With so many better options out there it really makes no sense using this app. They do the same thing Venmo does, only easier faster.

I’ve updated to the newest version of the app and now I cannot open it. Love the app itself, it’s great for my business! But I need it to open!

I loved Venmo the first two years of having it but when I got a new debit card it became a nightmare. I’ve been calling my bank and emailing Venmo for the past month and a half and I still cannot use my new debit card at all. It’s frustrating. So all in all a great app if the expiration date on your card isn’t for a couple more years.

No reason why transferring funds to a bank should take more than 30 minutes anymore

Wish the money could be deposited into acct instantly like cash app.

Yesterday, I could not get Venmo to open. So I went to the App Store to check if there was an update. As it turns out, it was updated yesterday. I still can’t open the app. Hopefully they fix it soon.

This app has horrible customer service and is oddly unreliable with payments over $100. It also has you constantly trying to remember to mark things private as not to broadcast your every move to every phone number you’ve ever had. There is no default private setting. I would say paypal is better but the same people own it. Better options are surely coming.

The automatic transfer is always down, and if there is a security issue they cant tell you whats going on with your account just that there is an issue and to use the transfer that takes 1-3 days.

Why would you pull such an important feature and not warn your users. Completely unacceptable

I had an emergency, so my sister sent me $300, I went to use instant transfer so that I could get the money and get my car fixed. I enter all of my information for transfer and they pop up and say instant transfer is not working, use the other banking way which takes 1-3 business days. Excuse me, hello that was the whole point of using your service to receive my money quickly. So now that I have to wait 1-3 business days to receive my money, I will never use them again nor will I recommend. From this day forward, I will tell customers not to use them. They hold on to your money. Give me my money so that I can delete this app and never use it again.

I updated the app last night, which has worked great for like, 3 years, and now it won’t even open for a good minute. When it does finally load, it promptly freezes then crashes. WHAT THE HELL?!

Can not transfer funds from Venmo right away just after receiving them.

Horrible! I can’t update any of my payment information. I keep getting a message saying my OAuth2 token has been revoked.
