Hard to use. Constant issues. Adding and re adding payment options each time for no apparent reason except that it doesn’t like it. Just a pain.

Venmo has saved me so many times. It works great and is quick and reliable. Thank you.

I have been treated very poorly when it comes to getting answers regarding my account and as to why an action has taking place. I only used Venmo cause my friend told me that she could pay me for taking her around by sending it through Venmo and it was a safe app to use. I read the terms and I was in no way in violation of the terms. This was a personal transaction between myself and a person I knew. In 30 yrs of banking, I have never experienced anything like this from a company at all. I am extremely disappointed. I recommend for people to just use their bank (Zelle) to send or receive money quickly and safely.

I have BoA and added my debit card for the instant transfer. When someone sent me money I tried to transfer it to my card and got an error that said something like “were updating our instant transfer and are unable to process this request.” How about keeping the services active and then change/update AFTER you have updated it? Until then, it’s a 1 star.

Not working a few times. I’m using cash app now instead I prefer it.

Great app, fast and easy to use. I’ve had very few issues ever with this app that have all be easy to resolve. 4/5 stars.

why as a society do we think it’s okay to have an automatic social media feed about what we’re doing with our money? With no prompt it just syncs up to my (deactivated!) facebook to automatically share what i’m doing with my money? Absolutely unacceptable. This is not a step in the right direction for social media.

Instant transfer won’t work. Now it won’t let me transfer my funds to my checking account. I tried to chat with them and I was the 23rd person in line in which all of a sudden the wait window disappeared. Their phone service is temporarily closed. I have HUNDREDS of dollars in there and bills that need to be paid tomorrow and Venmo you have completely let me down. I’ll start using a different payment method for my business. You were awesome and now you’re just a huge pain!

I like the fact that I can send money instantly, instantly credited to my account.Sooo much better than PayPal who I feel intentionally holds transactions for up to three days at a time, which is absolutely ridiculous. I love the app and the thought process involved but what I don’t like are the small icons on top of screen which don’t clearly identify what they are for so I think the icons on the top of the screen need to be made “transaction clear” ; even after several attempts I am still having trouble sending money etc. But on a small iPhone screen one us left to tapping icons until you see an option that you prefer use pops up. However if you need money immediately the app works fine just very clunky and poorly designed
