Just need the debit card transfer to work again

Could not be easier, on your finger tips, Fast & convenient. Very Happy ??

Venmo is probably the easiest method of payment between two people now, more so than PayPal, but I dislike that my finger verification has never worked for me. Even when I’d set it up and turn it on, it will be off next time I log in. Same goes with friends who use Venmo since I’ve asked them. Wonder why Venmo never fixed that ? Other than that, it’s faster, easier and extremely convenient to use. I don’t know why everyone hasn’t made the switch! Going cashless is the way to be.

Easy to use....

the app will not work it’s showing a blank screen and someone sent me money and I cannot transfer it to my bank because the app won’t work..... it just updated yesterday how it could it already be messed up.

The new update won’t allow me to open the app...

The latest update takes away instant transfer with no notice or warning. Maybe it’s just me but I think it’s bad form to delete key features without telling anyone. I’d come to rely on this app, guess it’s back to the drawing board.

Work on your instant transfer. This is such crap. Bill collectors don’t want to wait a day for money to transfer

Although I absolutely love Venmo 90% of the time. It’s getting a bit frustrating that it seems lately the instant transfer feature has issues or your updating or it just decides it’s not available.. a couple times a week .... This is by far the best feature of the app to begin with so please get it together.. where your not surprised and it’s unexpected. Although thank you for now having the screen say your working on changes. Instead of a big red Forbidden. Scaring people to think there cards are compromised

Fast, easy and fun!

Latest update freezes the app, won’t even get past the first screen and you can’t scroll anything or click anything.

So easy and convenient when a group of friends eat & such! I receive my funds quick:)

I needed to borrow money fast. My brother transferred money to me through this app but when i tried to accept the funds, it said they were working on the instant transfer system (1-3 business days) and to just use the normal transfer in the meanwhile as instant transfer is unavailable. The customer service was closed already (closes at 5pm), so i couldn’t get any help. This royally screwed me over because i was 50 miles from home and didnt have enough money to get gas to get home. The venmo devs clearly think that your money is something to be taken lightly, instant transfers dont really have to be instant, and waiting 1-3 days to get your money is always an option. There wasn’t even an apology message for the inconvenience. They were basically like “nah, you’re fine. You don’t need the money that bad.” I ended up downloading and setting up a zelle account and had my brother do so as well. If you want a reliable app that will actually allow you to transfer money within minutes, DO NOT USE THIS APP! If you want an unreliable app made by people who take your money very lightly, go ahead and screw yourself by using venmo. Follow up: its the next morning and i called customer service. After being on hold for 20 min the guy just regurgitated what the app said: no instant transfers. The only new info he gave me is that they don’t even know when the feature would be available again. Thats right... the people at Venmo couldn’t even tell me when the instant transfer service would be available again. Absolutely terrible. These people have no right handling your money!
