Trying to send money and says “can’t transfer”. With no explanation. So what do I do? Can’t call anybody so I have to transfer back

It’s been almost 4 updates since the keyboard bug was introduced, where if you are currently using a third party keyboard and tap the payment amount section, the numpad keyboard does not show up until you tap in the description box then back to the payment amount box. Please fix it as it is very interrupting to workflow.

It worked good the first week but after that I can NEVER instant transfer which is the ONLY purpose I needed it. Not for the 1-3 days transfer that is no use to me by then

I was banned from Venmo for absolutely no reason, and they claim I “violated the agreement” even though I read it line by line and confirmed that I did not do anything wrong. They also refuse to give me a clear explanation about what they’re claiming my violation was, and they won’t respond or work with me to reactivate my account. Absolutely awful.

Absolute worst response to resolve an issue. Chat support is no help. Phone support is useless. If you value your money. Don’t use this app!!
