When someone sends me money, I immediately receive it! It’s so fast!

I was notified that my account had been frozen due to activity that was not allowed when I pressed as to why exactly it was frozen or what was the thing I did wrong they did not specify anything. My account was only to receive money from friends and family members and there was not a legitimate reason for them to do this to me. Terrible customer service and terrible experience. I wouldnt waste my time with this app If I where you.

There is no reason anyone needs access to see every FACEBOOK friends banking activity! Delete this app if you have it .

Too many bugs. Needs to run smoother

Easy to use safe for the most part money transfer app. Difficult process if you get a new phone or phone number!

I’m almost 50 & really had my doubts about this service but so pleasantly surprised to say I have sent & received money successfully. The one thousand, sixty fifth great thing since sliced bread!

The app is great. It’s easy. But I really don’t care about anyone else’s transactions. And I am forced to see transactions whenever I log in. And several have been vulgar posts. I’d love to have this removed. Nobody cares about the public transactions.

Its perfect for personal money sharing & small business transactions!!! Housekeeping, hairdressers etc!

Love using this app to quickly pay back friends when I dont have cash.

To have to verify my email to receive a payment AFTER I’ve been using the app for some time, and sent multiple payments using the app with no issues makes no sense. It’s additional work, and no verification email came, and clicking the link to accept payment takes me to the full site and not the app, that was supposed to add to my convenience. Fix this please. Meanwhile I’m going through the fifty steps to get ONE payment...

This is a great app, but fees of 3% per transaction ? Really? Not replacing checks anytime soon

I need to send my wife $3000. and I got push back from Venmo regarding a previously unknown weekly limit. Very irritated about this nasty surprise.

Able to move money so quickly without going to the bank!!

This app is great most of the time but there a few features that seem obvious to me that need to be added. - allowing bank accounts to be named or “nicknamed” as I have to guess as which account I’m transferring money in and out of every time. - being able to schedule recurring payments to someone would be nice - being able to schedule recurring payment requests would also be nice Outside of those things for now, great app and super easy to navigate

Venmo saves me trips to the bank. The only thing I would change is the time it takes to get to the other person or how long it takes to receive money
