Easy to use

I love using Venmo to send and receive money to and from my family who are not local.

My account is attached to my old phone number, an issue that should be easily resolved. Now I have a few hundred dollars that I need for my college tuition and I cant get it. I have been trying to contact customer service for months with no response, this is stealing and its not ok.

I love this app. It is so convenient!

I detest the social media aspect of this app. I do not want to advertise who I’ve given money to, nor do I want to see who the people I’m friends with give money to. The only reason I use this app is because my children do not have any of the other apps that do the same service. I think I will stop using it and and plead with my children to stop using this app and switch to one that does not advertise who I’ve given paid.

Triston at Customer support responded very quickly (I emailed at 8:00 pm CT) so I was not expecting an email until the next day or even after given how large Venmo is. However, Triston was great and helped take care of removing a bank account so another person can add it! Great customer service and easy app to use

My hubs and I have a joint account. Venmo will not let us both use our joint account even tho we have unique access IDs. Seems like a flaw in the system.

Wish everyone had Venmo. So easy to just issue payments to friends and family.

Do not use Venmo, it is fraudulently taking money from my account to pay unverified accounts. When disputed by the bank Venmo was unable to provide VALIDATION of the account, only stating via email that “Dont worry, _______ has received the money” without confirming the identity of the payment receiver. I encourage you to use Cash App it is far more secure and trystworthy.

Has to be one of the easiest methods I’ve ever used to transfer funds . I’ve never had more than $400-500 sent to me and I’ve never transferred more than about $30.00 and both times no issues . I do have to wait , but it normally comes a lil earlier

Otherwise they will deactivate your account and send back the money to the transactor. Then your left with nothing
