I think this is a late truth that most know by now.

I love this new platform.

Was recommended by my Bank Manager. Easy and Convenient

Needs instant payment

Absolutely horrible customer service. For that alone this app is not worth keeping.

Please make a withdraw instant option to bank please!

I’m old and not crazy about apps but this one wins five stars with me. Very easy to use and saves me running all over to get money and/or make payments!!

Worst customer service ever. My account was frozen and the department that suspended it doesnt have a phone . So no clue why my account was frozen. Just get square cash

Venmo flagged my account for an unknown reason and would not communicate with me as to why or how I could resolve the issue. They are only available to communicate via email which is incredibly frustrating. They would not release my money and kept ALL of it. Incredibly fraudulent, unprofessional, and wrong. I would definitely not recommend trusting Venmo with your money.

The only drawback I have is money you receive is not immediately available and usually takes a day or two.

Why make this so hard to use? Too many clicks, really unclear user interface. Obviously designed by computer geeks who don’t understand how the real world thinks and works.

Scammed for about $800

Only works on an iPad in portrait mode. Landscape is not supported. Why? Doesn’t make any sense.

So convenient even Baby Boomers can do it!
