The regular bank transfer option is good, very convenient, but the reason I came to write this review is for the new option to transfer to a debit card within minutes for $.25 Thats absolutely fantastic. You got me. Im impressed.

Venmo is honestly the easiest way to “get someone back.” It’s instant and doesn’t require an IOU tab. Only complaint is that it’s so hard to buy coffee/lunch/etc. without them starting a Venmo war. Yes I’m talking to my fellow millennials and gen Z peeps.

I’m cautious of most any web app that needs personal information because of security concerns. Venmo has proven its trustworthy. I have never had an issue sending or receiving funds. initially I said to myself ‘this app is too good to be true - be super careful - could compromise your accounts’. After two plus years i delighted to say it has proven reliable, secure, and easy to use.

It would be nice to deposit daily

Just a bad interface. Getting paid took me forever to figure out. Got almost no status feedback to let me know what to do next. Couldn’t transfer to my bank account or a debit card and the app offers little to no suggestions for correcting any mistakes I might have made. I hope they fix these issues.

I was cautious at first and grew to love Venmo until I went away with some friends and apparently we used Venmo a little too much because now my account is frozen. The support won’t answer me, when they do they are running me in circle asking for very intrusive details and history of my banking.... I don’t even know why my account with money in it has been frozen because there is some secret policy they won’t divulge but hey they won’t even give me my money back... This is a scam.... do yourself a favor and use your bank transfer much safer and at least you’ll still own your own money...

I have been using them for a few months and a mistake was made on paying someone twice and they fixed it right away! They credited me the refund before they took it out of my account. The woman I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and kind. Love this app!

Venmo is easy, reliable and quick

Most convenient app! A must have!

It use to be free to pay through our qualstar visa. Also, it would be helpful if moving money from our checking routing number to my sons same bank was more simple :)
