Venmo App Reviews

Seems to be 90% non-functional unless you allow it to access all your phone and Facebook contacts. Very disappointing.

Venmo, you really need to stop requiring a unique phone number to make a new account. I have one cell phone, and I have a personal account. I love it. But I need another account for my business. The problem is that I still only have the one cell phone, and you wont let me use it again. I don’t love that. So, now I’m forced to use a different service for my business, except everyone and their niece already uses Venmo. Congrats. Fit it. I’m trying to give you my business!

I don’t have to send check through the mail to relatives, my college student or our reading tutor. When it’s time to pay or send money, I do it in seconds from my phone! Love Venmo.

So easy to use. Every time I owe someone, I use Venmo. If they don’t have it, it just takes them longer to get paid back. No more cash, baby!!

Perhaps it’s just me but nothing I do with this app seems to work correctly. I ended up removing it because I couldn’t even pick a user name. Couldn’t link a bank account. Couldn’t add any friends. Nothing worked. Just prompts to do certain things that lead to blank screens.

Not sure why, but at least for the past week I have been unable to send any transactions. I have a pin set up and decided to test it since there were recent updates. Right when I turned off the pin, I was able to send a payment. Works fine, but I think there’s a bug.
