Do not use Venmo - thefts...

I was cautious at first and grew to love Venmo until I went away with some friends and apparently we used Venmo a little too much because now my account is frozen. The support won’t answer me, when they do they are running me in circle asking for very intrusive details and history of my banking....
I don’t even know why my account with money in it has been frozen because there is some secret policy they won’t divulge but hey they won’t even give me my money back...
This is a scam.... do yourself a favor and use your bank transfer much safer and at least you’ll still own your own money...
