Love it. Just wish we could pay our credit cards with it!

Venmo is so easy to use.

I wish the money I am transferring would be received instantly or at least within a couple hours instead of having wait time...that’s all otherwise this is a great way to send my daughter money when she is at college! Thank you!

So simplifying. I just wish Venmo could work for businesses too.

Quick & easy to use!

Great app

Venmo really needs to get into the age of instant payment. A lot more people would use this app for payment instead of other apps like cash app. Maybe Venmo should create an option where you can select for an instant payment with a charge or have the money come at normal time free of charge such as it’s doing right now. The year is 2018 people. I am a college student and trust me, students need access to money as quick as possible!

I had family send me money and they took money and claim they sent it back to senders and we never received it! Called customer care they give you the run around emailed them and they just copy and paste responses cause every response had nothing to do with my question! Worst way service ever!

Never have problems

Venmo is a great way to split up expenses between multiple people. However when you request money from someone they should not be able to cancel it without you knowing in case you are requesting from many people and lose track.

Hopefully will get better but at this point don’t bother. I have 3 prepaid cards not supported for transfer so my bank card is supported but still won’t work. Then the stores that accept is are stores no one shop at. On top of it all PayPal own this site but you can’t transfer to your PayPal account?. What a waste

Basically free to use, takes a day or 2 to transfer to your bank for free, and only .25 cents to get it instantly transferred. Can’t complain about that price; very easy to use and very convenient.

This app is horrible, if you don’t have a bank account DO NOT even attempt to use Venmo it is useless. You can’t spend your money anywhere it’s like it’s just sitting in purgatory and you can’t get it out. This app was a really bad decision on PayPal’s behalf.
