Bad service! Not reliable source of payments !

Ive seen people buy drugs on Venmo and they don’t do anything about it.

It’s literally the only app that I never have problems with! Every update makes it better and not worse! It’s just always a solid useful app, thank you

It’s been one week and I still haven’t received a bank transfer. They waited 4 days to send me an email saying they needed more documentation on my identity. I send it to them then, emailed asking for a follow-up. I get a automated response saying your request has been updated. The department that is deciding whether to release my transfer cannot be contacted because they don’t have a phone and can only be reached by email. There is something wrong giving a company control of your funds but, you can’t reach them by phone. PayPal I love your service and have enjoyed it for several years but, you made a horrible investment when you purchased Venmo. If I ever get my transfer I am deleting this app and will never use it again. Also, doesn’t it give you concern that they publicly want to show transfers between people in your contacts? Might as well show my bank balance also.

This app is so easy to use and quick! Very thankful for the convenience of Venmo!

It’s okay but it takes too long for the money to come out of my account. It’s inconvenient.

Venmo has been a blessing with having a kid in college and a cousin far away, I know that I can get cash to them with major ease! So Thank You Venmo

Convenient, but too easy to make a mistake sending money to people who have the same name!!!

Use it all the time.

My Venmo was hacked and instead of them doing a throughout investigation they close my account and said sorry they can’t find proof of unauthorization. $2500 was taken without my permission. This is not a secure way of making money transfer.

My buddy uses his southwest credit card to get the points and I pay him via this app. It wold like a dream.

Only complaint is it makes everything public by default, I have 0 desire to socialize paying people back

Why not just use your bank. You are required to have a bank account before you can do as you please with your money. Venmo is more than happy to take your money to hold your money and to give you numerous ways to spend your hard earned money with Venmo, benefiting Venmo and their retail partners. Why have this?

Great service!!

This app is free and easy to use, allows money to be transferred from friend to friend, allows you to pay someone for something across the country. I use it for my Contracting business and it allows me to receive the customers payments without having to go to them in order to collect a paper check. There is only one small thing I would liked to have updated. The amount of money allowed to be sent from person to person within a 7 day period, should be increased. Other then this small issue, this app is truly amazing and convenient. Highly recommend that you try it!!!!!
