So easy!!!

Every time you make a payment, you have to remember to hit the public button to change it to private, otherwise each transaction becomes public. You absolutely should be able to change the default to private instead of having to remember to change it with each transaction. Otherwise Venmo is a great vehicle to quickly pay or reimburse others. This is especially nice when multiple people are on one dinner check.

Instead money from all your friends to your bank account! What more do you want?

I just requested $5k from a couple random people and one person sent it. How many apps can do that.

Once set up it is the ONLY way to move money around quickly.

Very easy to use very reliable and a very convenient app to have

Very easy to use and so confident.

I love being able to transfer $ within our family and pay for things at work like coffee contributions this way; much better than checks or carrying/sending cash.

Recent updates have caused the functionality of this app to lag overall. It’s very annoying and it’s like I’m trying to run a high graphics video game on a bad computer. None of my other apps lag on my iPhone. Just Venmo.

I have been using it for years. I’m not a youngster (truth be told I’m a grandma) My kids showed it to me and it’s so easy to pay people or request money when I lay out for theatre tickets, movies, etc. So much easier than having to remind people to send a check!

In such a competitive space, I imagined that Venmo would be eager to keep their customers. Based on my phone conversation, they don’t care about retention. Venmo doesn’t want my business, and I obviously have other options so...bye.

This is great for when I don’t have cash on me and don’t have to pay high ATM fees when I have to use the nearest one. Already loaded with my contacts, I just need the to have the AP as well.
