The worse app and service ever!!!!
It’s been one week and I still haven’t received a bank transfer. They waited 4 days to send me an email saying they needed more documentation on my identity. I send it to them then, emailed asking for a follow-up. I get a automated response saying your request has been updated. The department that is deciding whether to release my transfer cannot be contacted because they don’t have a phone and can only be reached by email. There is something wrong giving a company control of your funds but, you can’t reach them by phone. PayPal I love your service and have enjoyed it for several years but, you made a horrible investment when you purchased Venmo. If I ever get my transfer I am deleting this app and will never use it again.
Also, doesn’t it give you concern that they publicly want to show transfers between people in your contacts? Might as well show my bank balance also.
