Wonderful

For some reason Venmo considers me a security risk, but they cannot tell me why. Even though my bank account is the same as my card that is connected, I can only do bank transfers. Big fail.

I needed a transfer for an emergency and Venmo took 2 days to send the put the money in my account. The result is I got charged penalty fees.

A friend of mine told me this app was the fastest way she could pay me. So I signed up after receiving my funds Venmo sent me a email and said I could transfer the money to my bank account. When I did this I waited three days and no money in my Venmo or bank account. I contacted Customer service and they said the Venmo team had to get back to me to verify my account. I’m still waiting to hear back but they currently have thousands of my dollars locked up and not showing in my Venmo or bank account. I would be very careful with this app. At this point with my experience they have stolen lots of money from me. I will update this review if that changes. Be careful and good luck.

So convenient

Love how quickly and easily I can send money. The problems are: 1. Too difficult to get to Change Profile page and Change Cards. 2. Why do all these other people come up, showing me their transactions? I assume then that these people can view my transactions! This is not right and violates my privacy! How can that be changed?
