I lost my money and support was horrible, avoid using venmo , the support is horrible, they will just deactivate account and then no questions will be answered. Using other options are much secure and safe

I use this app for almost everything! I even pay rent through Venmo.

Trying to remove my account and need to delete my payments. But the payments tab in the app gets stuck loading and I can’t access it!! Please fix it!

I love Venmo but hate how you can only have one Venmo account per checking account. It’s annoying that I always have to wait for my husband to Venmo me before I can pay others. Solutions: A. Venmo should allow 2 accounts per checking acc. B. Venmo should drop the credit card fees.

Won’t transfer funds to my verified bank account via my connected debit card. Very inconvenient.

Super convenient - I now have all of my clients pay me through Venmo. My husband, sisters, friends & I also use it all the time. Convenient, secure and free to use with built in record keeping? What could be better????

So convenient to use when some friends don’t carry cash. User friendly...didn’t take me long to figure out how the app works. I don’t know what I’d do without it!

Hello venmo I am very sad and upset because I am a victim of a scam that might cost me 9 thousand dollars without your help! I sell bitcoins on local siteBitcoins.com and the user AYOBAMI SODEEQ YUSUF chose Venmo as payment method. I entered my data in Venmo and Mr Yusuf made the transfer/payment via your app. Within the same hours I checked and Your app showed that the dollar amount was already in my account. There was never a disclosure that they could cancel the transaction once it showed on my account. But that is exactly what he did! This user is a scammer, I tells customers that shortly after he transfers the dollar amount via Venmo the transfer was complete and final and I delivered him the bitcoins. He is attempting to canceled the money transfer without returning my bitcoins. Each bitcoin cost 9 thousand dollars. He divided into 2 transactions done last night. This type of user harms your reputation as a reliable company for payments and money sending since anyone can ‘pretend’ pay but doesn’t really. The same user has already moved more than 500 bitcoins, today alone! 1 bitcoin is worth 14 thousand dollars. Now I need your company’s help to stop him from doing this to me and many other people... Not user friendly at all

I love using Venmo to send people money quickly and securely!

I was tricked into using Venmo for a purchase online where the seller never sent the item, took my money, then blocked me. I contacted Venmo to report the incident and the agent I spoke with chuckled when I explained how I had been scammed. He then told me this would be sent to a different department and they would get back with me via email. I started doing my own research online and apparently Venmo does not offer Buyer/Seller Protection. Do yourself a favor and STICK TO PAYPAL!!!
