The perfect company for scammers

I am very sad and upset because I am a victim of a scam that might cost me 9 thousand dollars without your help! I sell bitcoins on local siteBitcoins.com and the user AYOBAMI SODEEQ YUSUF chose Venmo as payment method. I entered my data in Venmo and Mr Yusuf made the transfer/payment via your app. Within the same hours I checked and Your app showed that the dollar amount was already in my account. There was never a disclosure that they could cancel the transaction once it showed on my account. But that is exactly what he did!
This user is a scammer, I tells customers that shortly after he transfers the dollar amount via Venmo the transfer was complete and final and I delivered him the bitcoins. He is attempting to canceled the money transfer without returning my bitcoins. Each bitcoin cost 9 thousand dollars. He divided into 2 transactions done last night.
This type of user harms your reputation as a reliable company for payments and money sending since anyone can ‘pretend’ pay but doesn’t really. The same user has already moved more than 500 bitcoins, today alone! 1 bitcoin is worth 14 thousand dollars.

Now I need your company’s help to stop him from doing this to me and many other people...
