Its cool and all. Sometimes its difficult to find friends and the fee is too high.

Easy to use and quick transfer of funds between accounts.

It never crashed in my hand and notifications are not annoying. Works smoothly.

They froze my account for no reason and refuse to reactivate it. Horrible customer service.

Beware this app will cancel you account for no reason and if you still have money on your account they will not refund it, this happened to my brother, a friend and me . They didnt even explain why, just canceled our accounts and never gave is our money back.

Don’t like that people can follow me. I go to block them and their profile doesn’t come up. Awful privacy settings

I rarely have cash on me so it is incredibly handy to be able to send $$$ to friends. I hope they keep it up!! ☺️

I use Venmo for everything, wish they could be FDIC insured, but other than that it’s perfect. Easy to set-up, easy to use, and their debit card is very handy

Decent app. Makes paying people convenient . Please don’t broadcast personal data without opt it. Can’t believe how many transactions I see between people I barely know. How is this my business ?

This app is easy to use. Whether making a payment or requesting money, the interface is easy to use & pretty straightforward. When you can get your mother-in-law to use it without needing to call you, you know you’ve got a winner. Moving payments to you bank accounts is really easy too.

Such a wonderful way to quickly transfer monies. We had a family charity auction at Christmas and several members remitted their donations for to send in to the designated charities via Venmo. So easy!!!

Pretty much the only way to send my starving college kids their provisions ?

This last time I just used Venmo, the GLITCHES in the software almost put me over!!! Please fix that because I love this app!

The app does a good job at what it is designed to do. But at this point in time there are some genuine security issues with the lack of a two-step verification system. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of getting your Venmo hacked, the hacker can change all information on the account including the email, and customer service does little to help get your account back if you can’t provide them with the new email on the account. Not trying to be a jerk, it was just my honest experience.
