So convenient. Now they have instant transfer. I hated cash app. I’m happy to use this.

Just as the title mentioned. Good interface. However, I’m not a fan of Of the need to specify why I’m sending money every time, and I especially don’t like that the default is public, so everyone can see your transactions.

No more trying to fumble for cash or remembering how much you owe someone for something. Venmo is super easy to charge someone who owes you $ or send someone $ you owe!

Did the instant transfer via debit card and it took two days. The “help” are extremely UNHELPFUL and my mother and I had to message 5 times to figure out where our money had gone! I do NOT recommend and I will never use this app again.

When me and my friends or my boyfriend go to restaurants, we split the bill afterwards. We each use Venmo to pay our share. We each have different banks FYI. Or if I owe or they owe me money, we just pay here. If my friend wants to borrow money from me, I use Venmo. Its freaking free and safe. I have never had any problems with security risks plus did I say that its freaking free??? Thank you so much. Venmo is the greatest. Oh, yeah, plus I can see who pays who for what. That is so awesome. Hehe.

They have terrible customer service!!! I lost $3,000 because of the business policy they have. They closed my account indefinitely. Ultimately I lost both my money and product. At this point I don’t even understand why this app exists?

It kept asking me for security details and when I tried to confirm they never worked on app or website

Your team Did a great job helping retrieve $25 that was sent to the wrong person when my individual attempts with that person had failed. I appreciated the process and their prompt follow up.

Has helped manage payments between family and friends, very easy to use, works great.

The new transfer process is confusing. Why would a transfer of funds to my bank be frozen or cause the funds to be removed from my account?

After being double charged for a service, Venmo customer service told me that I have to take this up with the service provider and bill him back! This is not service, it is an insult.

Traveling and using Venmo makes changing money with friends so super easy, especially since you don’t have to worry about exchanging cash or exchanging currency.
