I belong to a credit union and it took way too many steps to verify my account. But, it works well and does what it’s supposed to do.

Don’t use if you use prepaid debt cards. No matter what you read. I tried three different prepaid debt cards and it did not work any of the times. I am really disappointed because the app was working just fine when I first started using it with my cards. When I contact them they always blame it on the card company. I usually only leave positive comments but I was so sad because I thought apps like this were suppose to help individuals like me get away from using banks!

My sister turned me on to this App. It’s ridiculously easy to use and can be set up in a few short steps. I use it to pay friends and family ALL the time. Very convenient!

What is life without Venmo?

If you were to delete the service charge, like how it was originally it would be a better app. Im getting 9.75 transferred into my account, where it should be getting 10. How does that make sense?

Don’t love the time it takes to wait. Still a great app.

I love this app! It has made sending and receiving money so much easier.

I can’t imagine writing a check anymore! I pay my rent through venmo and it’s perfect. So easy!

Venmo decided out of the blue to “review” a $320 payment that I sent to a friend whom I’ve paid before through the app without a problem. They said I’d have to wait at least 48 hours to investigate this “suspicious” payment so I contacted customer service and asked them to just cancel the transaction because my friend needed the money right away. They refused. I would just have to wait while until they decided when and whether it was appropriate to send MY money to MY friend. And if I paid him on my own, well that was just my problem. Very convenient. What a racket. Closing out my account ASAP. Horrible customer service.

I have my family and friends downloading venmo. Every time one of them sign up I hear "2 seconds, thats all it took." They are as happy as I am. It makes payments easier for me and my customers. My hat goes off to the developers and the mind power that brought us VENMO, You are awesome! Thanks for your brilliance.

Best app ever

I can send money to friends and family quickly !! Love it.

Ability to change visibility defaults. Praviate, Public, semi-private...nobody needs to see who I pay and when. Thanks.
