Great service

Typical big bank scams and interest. They’ll freeze your account if they don’t “like” what you’re purchasing. Switching to Bitcoin... Venmo’s a scam.

Such a lifesaver to have a fun way to transfer money. Ive been using it for years now and so happy with the progress. ?? ?

Trash why can’t i add another card

The ability to switch payment options isn’t easy. Very frustrating. I should be able to switch the cards when ready to send money.

This is such a convenient app! I use it with students, friends. It’s a great way to reimburse someone with just your phone.

It use to work. Now the app AND the website say "something went wrong" when you have 2FA on a USAA account... Only other option to get my money out of venmo is to accept their fees ?

Just a great simple app with a purpose. I hope they don’t mess with it.

Don’t waste your time with this aweful app that has extremely poor customer service

Thanks to Venmo, my sister can no longer say she doesn’t have cash! Lol.

Great Service

Frequently payment disappears and shows up days later or not at all

Spent half my vacation going on and on with customer support showing proof of the excess charges on my account and the unauthorized use of my bank account as I used my Venmo account balance to make the purchase. After 6 hours of talking to venmo and another 3 talking to my bank, I have shown proof with venmo as well saying that they would fully reimburse me for the fees. After showing them all the fees, they shrug it off and only paid off a fraction. Even after I did everything they said, confirming that with screenshot proof, and sent a million screenshots showing the excess charges that were not reimbursed. I hate to say this but I think its time to go to CashApp

Can’t figure out where to use my money. So it’s just sitting in the acct

Venmo took my money.

Couldn’t get it to work and had a friend try to send me money..... it would t go through and then was kicked off the app but they won’t let me delete my information!
