Locked my account.

A friend of mine told me this app was the fastest way she could pay me. So I signed up after receiving my funds Venmo sent me a email and said I could transfer the money to my bank account. When I did this I waited three days and no money in my Venmo or bank account. I contacted Customer service and they said the Venmo team had to get back to me to verify my account. I’m still waiting to hear back but they currently have thousands of my dollars locked up and not showing in my Venmo or bank account. I would be very careful with this app. At this point with my experience they have stolen lots of money from me. I will update this review if that changes. Be careful and good luck.
