Horrible and Unfair Customer Service
I was banned from Venmo for absolutely no reason, and they claim I “violated the agreement” even though I read it line by line and confirmed that I did not do anything wrong. They also refuse to give me a clear explanation about what they’re claiming my violation was, and they won’t respond or work with me to reactivate my account. Absolutely awful.
