Literally get Venmo if you don’t already have it. Everyone uses Venmo. Duh.

Fast and easy

I never carry cash. I hate owing people money and often forget to pay back small amounts. Venmo is a fast and easy way to be sure I don’t owe anyone money and I can pay those small amounts (as little as one dollar) on the spot.

Not enough helpful information

I had an issue where my account was frozen. When I asked Venmo to unfreeze my account to receive funds, I was told to email to a different team within 24-48 hours. I am nearing the 48 hour mark and I still haven’t received an email. If I can make a suggestion, I would allow at least 12 hours after sending a money so that the user sending the money can have and opportunity cancel the transaction. Even if there is a small charge to do so. The reason I am writing is because I am actually dealing with a form of fraud with my account and I haven’t been helped the way I feel I should be. Instead, I am told to email a different department. I am approaching the 48 hours mark in a few hours and I still haven’t received an email. This is frustrating and unfair.

No longer able to retain default cash out option in recent update

The most recent update enabled fast cash out, but at the same time disabled having a default cash out option. Therefore, trying to cash out now an app has become a massive chore. Please correct this issue by adding the default bank account option for cash out.

Settings won’t save

Very annoying that i have to continue changing my settings to what i prefer instead them constantly defaulting back to the settings the app creators would like you to use

Fix the memos

I would prefer to type one word and hit pay. Stop giving me emoji options and other suggested words while covering up the pay button.
