This is such a horrible service. You are made to jump through hoops when your account stops working and the customer service loop they send you on is horrible. Do yourself a favor and use the Cash App instead. It is SO much easier and hassle free.

DONT DO IT! Dont put your money in the hands of this company! They are not to be trusted. I would not recommend VENMO to anyone.. I reported fraud to them and they showed no support at all. Instead, they stole over $100 from my account and have told me theres basically nothing they can do for me. Use PAYPAL or CASH APP instead. VENMO is not a reliable application. They will take advantage of you and steal your money.

Horrible

Very poor change some of your program. I cant delete my account. Now i have two accounts and i cant use them. Remember we your customer are not programmers. You have to make it easier for your customers. I lost my phone and when im asked what is my phone number, i cant even use them. Do better job

Very easy app for we questing or sending money. Deposits are made promptly. Very easy to communicate and navigate. Keeps track of all transactions and sends reminders. Love this app.

This app is super simple to use! That and the simplicity of sending people is great.

It’s rad and you should try it. It takes 5 minutes to download the app and get set up. You’re 5 minutes away from someone buying you lunch and you don’t even have to open your wallet. Maybe you’re having a great week and you’re picking up the tab for a friend, they Venmo you what it costs them to eat and everybody’s happy. It’s a polite way to go Dutch and call it good. It’s made going out to lunch with friends at work super easy and you always know you’re squared up. Plus, you can now take your account balance and spend it at thousands of stores right from the app. Word.
