Love it!

I heard about the app from college kids. So I thought I would try it. The first two times no issue. After that magically my cards or banking institutions would not allow instant transfers.. I was on the phone every day with Venmo!!! They blocked me from instant transfer without a reason why. Offering me the deposit into my bank option. I’m so glad there are other money apps that actually work. I’m so very disappointed with Venmo. If you want to wait three days for your money to transfer to your bank account then this is the app for you.

I don’t like it’s lack of privacy. That is why I’m only giving it a 2 star. It’s ok to use a little cumbersome and it’s not instant transfer. To the persons account

Handy way to pay and get paid. Very convenient.

THIS APP STEALS YOUR INFO AND MONEY. I used this app with trust because I have been using PayPal for years. I used this app to transfer more than $100 to my friend on my FIRST transaction and they HOLD YOUR MONEY and FREEZE your account. It is EXTREMELY hard to contact them and they state the only way to unfreeze the account and get your money back is through email- WHICH TAKES THEM DAYS EVEN WEEKS TO REPLY! UNTIL THIS DAY THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED TO ME FOR THE TRANSACTION THEY ARE HOLDING FROM ME IN NOVEMBER! CUSTOMER SERVICE STATED THEY NEED MY DRIVERS LICENSE AND SSS TO UNFREEZE MY ACCT WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING AND YOU SHOULD NEVER GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFO ESPECIALLY THROUGH EMAIL!! I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and supposedly they have gotten multiple complaints from them. I don’t understand how this app is almost a 5 star rating. I guess this app would be okay to use for transactions less then $10! BUT BEWARE FOR THEY NOW HAVE YOUR ACCT AND PERSONAL INFORMATION.

This app is genius! I dont know why someone didnt come up with it sooner. It makes splitting bills and paying friends so much easier and means I dont have to carry cash with me

Venmo drafts money out of your account at random and without permission... before I had the opportunity to use the services on the app, I received notice from my bank stating that Venmo had withdrawn money out of my account. Do not use this app.

Love this app. No more having to hear from friends that they’ll pay me back later! It’s like well you can do it now bye.

Does the job without any issues...i occasionally see increased lag times for my bank deposits, not sure why.
