DO NOT USE THIS APP

THIS APP STEALS YOUR INFO AND MONEY. I used this app with trust because I have been using PayPal for years. I used this app to transfer more than $100 to my friend on my FIRST transaction and they HOLD YOUR MONEY and FREEZE your account. It is EXTREMELY hard to contact them and they state the only way to unfreeze the account and get your money back is through email- WHICH TAKES THEM DAYS EVEN WEEKS TO REPLY! UNTIL THIS DAY THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED TO ME FOR THE TRANSACTION THEY ARE HOLDING FROM ME IN NOVEMBER! CUSTOMER SERVICE STATED THEY NEED MY DRIVERS LICENSE AND SSS TO UNFREEZE MY ACCT WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING AND YOU SHOULD NEVER GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFO ESPECIALLY THROUGH EMAIL!! I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and supposedly they have gotten multiple complaints from them. I don’t understand how this app is almost a 5 star rating. I guess this app would be okay to use for transactions less then $10! BUT BEWARE FOR THEY NOW HAVE YOUR ACCT AND PERSONAL INFORMATION.
