Venmo support wont give straight answers. Really makes you question the integrity of the company.

Couldnt even send one small payment before having my account frozen! Customer service horrendous, they made it sound like it was my fault when I didnt even use the service once! Will use cashapp instead!

So easy to use! Love it other than I don’t need to see what others are doing or paying (or need them to see my biz).

This app makes it too easy for scammers, beware!!

The easiest , straight forward way to exchange money between people

I love Venmo but it makes you honestly feel weird not having a debt card to make payment n stuff like cash app

Almost too easy to hit ‘send’ without knowing what bank or credit card that payment just came from or easily switch to a different one - but if you always pay from same account it couldn’t be easier.

Venmo’s convenience is great, & it’s very easy to use. Even us Boomers can figure it out!

I transfer money I get error message. I receive money I get error message. I add a bank I get error message.

Try to use bank account to pay someone. The app simply does not work!
