I love this app!

So easy and straightforward!

So easy to use ! So convenient! Love how user friendly it is. Anyone can figure it out plus you can spend people money ASAP and not have to worry about having cash .

If the app works for you, it’s pretty convenient. If you need help with anything, finding a competent and helpful human to interact with is more or less impossible. There are plenty of other mobile payment apps out there - I prefer Cash App.

I love how convenient it is to send/receive money to/from people who do not have the same bank, however, I wish it was more instant. Although one day isnt exactly a long time. I also wish that there was a way to delay payments and set them to be paid on a certain day and not right away.

App is quite nice, but the main flow remains confusing no matter how much I use the app. Having to tap single “pay or request” first, entering amount and the taping pay or request buttons feels wrong every single time I do it. IMO I prefer flow from PayPal. You choose person, you choose request or you choose pay (separate buttons) and then enter amount and just tap “confirm”. Clean and safe flow.

My brother was sending me money so he can make a credit card payment. He accidentally sent the money so my old phone number that wasn’t linked to any account. Venmo decides to hold onto the funds rather than redeposit it into my account. Because of this I was charged fees for not having the money for the Payement. Thank you Venmo for nothing. I will do everything in my power to make sure people use Square cash instead of your app.

I learned about Venmo about a year and a half ago and it’s been so easy to pay friends or to split cost with them for reimbursement. Really great app for use of goods and services very easy to do.

Very easy to send money to friends when you don’t have your wallet with you or if you owe them for something.

Sooo my account was permanently frozen due to someone trying to scam me. Real smart a-holes
