I’m 53 and need apps that are EASY to setup & connect to my financial accounts. Venmo is HANDS DOWN THE BEST FINANCIAL pay app in FinTech.

Good, but hate the social aspect. Just stupid. I don’t need to know what others are buying.

As of 12/13/17 there is a glitch in updating your phone number. Very disappointing.

Quickest and easiest way to send money! Can’t go wrong!

Discontinued my account because an unknown sender tried to send me money. I never accepted the payment and sent venmo my identification to show I was uninvolved. Refuses to turn the account on and I lost a lot of money in Venmo. Bad service.

I love Venmo! Makes life so much easier in a time where life is already easy :) Easy to use and reliable. Everyone should get a Venmo account!

Family and friends!!!! I was skeptical at first, but happy to hear it was created by PayPal. When you receive money, it’s transferred immediately. Very trustworthy and secure. I love the ability to lock app especially the option to enable a fingerprint log in. I use it to pay and receive money from my friends, family, and Co-workers. Love it. I rarely use paypal anymore. Best part? NO FEES!!!!

Easy to use and convenient. I had a good experience with support when switching devices. I feel that app is secure if used correctly

I use this app for paying my rent and also general stuff between my friends and I. I use different cards for those actions, and it’s annoying to have to go into the settings to change cards every single time I need to. Venmo should have an option that allows you to switch what card you use when you go to pay someone, the way it does for when you go to transfer your funds into your account. If they did that, I would give this app 5 stars.

So happy to have a convenient and prompt return of funds from the app to my checking account. Other apps work too, but this one is most reliable IMO.

Downloaded app then found I have to give it full control of my bank account by giving them my account user name and password. Venmo is a great target for criminals who want bank account logins and passwords.
