No longer working

I tried to send money today, but the app said I had to delete and re-add my bank. Of course, now I am encouraged to use the Fee option, because either the app or bank never sends the verification text! I am left without a bank account in Venmo.

I even tried to add my bank from a laptop. The mini-deposit/ withdrawals never occurred.

There is no help within the app. I am afraid the app is no longer usable for me, and I will delete it should I not be able to connect it to my bank.
