Terrible staff.
They removed automatic payments the day I signed up. I had received money and went to withdrawal and it wouldn’t work. I look up if Venmo is down, and nothing. I contact support to ask whats going on and they tell me that it’s “temporarily” down, but they have ABSOLUTELY no time frame of when it will be back. Before I could even ask another question, the agent says they will hang up, and does just that. The next chat agent gives me the same runaround, and cant tell me if there is even a chance it will be back up and running anytime before a standard deposit would get to my bank.
All in all, Venmo is owned by PayPal, so you can expect nothing less of a cold, emotionless, robot team that only cares about THEIR money.
