Poor customer service
The company disabled a major feature without informing their customers and with no ETA of when it would be restored (5 days later it still isn’t) At least tell your customers if you are disabling instant transfer. My cousin sent me money so I could go to urgent care. This wasn’t something I could wait three days to get the money for!
Also my nieces account was hacked and they kept sending her in circles to get the issue resolved. A month later she still hasn’t been reimbursed her stolen money.
