Missed the Mark

I needed money sent from someone in a pinch and then have it transferred to my bank account. Having used Venmo before I thought it would be my safest bet. Logged in to my app, checked my notifications because there were some there and then proceeded to request funds from the person sending them. It was not till AFTER I received the payment and tried to initiate an instant transfer that I was notified that the feature is being worked on and that my money would be unavailable for 1-3 days even if I needed it now. No notification mentioned this issue. Someone in the company definitely dropped the ball to allow this to happen. I probably won’t be using this app again. Cash App is similar, the user interface is easier to navigate and picture this, I was able to get my money immediately following this situation using this other app.
