Account Hacked
Someone hacked my account and starting sending another unknown user money from my account balance. I noticed the first unknown transaction immediately and promptly tried to reach Venmo. It was past 5pm on a Friday so the 1800 support was unavailable until Monday at 8am... was directed to email so I emailed support@venmo and received a “we’ve received your email and will respond within 3 business days” reply. This same person did another transaction which emptied my account. There is ZERO support and you will eventually be hacked. I’ve used this app almost daily for 2 years with no issues and was a huge fan until someone stole my money and the company has yet to remedy. I called today and spoke to someone but still haven’t seen my returned.
