Bad programming

Venmo is a faulty program designed to help the user send money, but it does not always read the users account information correctly, it then makes you wait 12 hours before it will try to read the same account again, & if if fails again it will make you keep waiting until it works. Customer service was a waste of 20 min because all they can do is explain this fact to the user & then apologized for the bad program. They do not offer any solutions, & they show the same level of concern for your troubles as a wealthy person might show for having dropped a penny.

To say the least I am very disappointed in Venmo & will seek out a new way to send my money to others.
