Not very helpful

Transfer of 1k from my daughters bank account to my bank account took a week. Snail mail and a check would have been faster. And every FAQ answer is the same. No response for specific issues.
First and last Venmo for me
Read some of the other reviews. I have no idea how they put 4+ stars on their app. Totally false news.
