Avoid at all costs
My account was broken from day one. I could not be located by my friends to make payment. I mentioned this support and they only offered solutions that didn’t actually fix the root cause of the issue, which is a tech issue at their end. Then, when a friend tried to pay me using my email address, it didn’t go to me. I have talked to support and they only offer scripted responses. Each time I contact support, I get a different person. Not a marker of good customer service. Venmo has completely lost my trust and I am deleting my account.
