Scam in a half

Takes $500 transfer I got, won’t use 3 visas or 2 master cards from Green Dot bank, ADP, or their own PayPal!!

They said to access my funds I had to tie a big bank?! The whole point of Venmo and these new age debit cards is to NOT have to use the scam that is the Con and stronghold of big banks. So now, to get my $500, I have to open a traditional bank account or transfer to someone who does. Meanwhile, they’ll hold onto MY money...
