I tried to send a payment to a friend last night but the app gives me this message that my payment is under review and could take up to 48 hours to complete. I hit “cancel” and try again. Same deal. Only it turns out that the “cancel” I tapped only got me out of the warning message and not out of the payment so I ended up paying him twice. Because it’s the weekend I get to wait several days to see my money back in my account. It is entirely too easy to double pay—seriously bad design. Also, why is there no way to cancel a payment and why was my payment flagged for review?!? Was it because I used the word “Cuba” in the description? That’s the name of the restaurant we had dinner at. Can’t think of another possibility as I HAD plenty of money in my account. Very frustrated.
