Frozen account for no reason?

Apparently in their user agreements, you aren’t allowed to use it as a goods and services outlet payment. Which is I guess fine if that’s what I was using my account for! They froze my account indefinitely with this reason because people were paying me for “videos”... too bad they meant family video, redbox, and GameFly. I had to go in and remove all my bank info because venmo kept moving money around. I messaged customer support to delete my account all together and I’m still waiting for them to do it. DON’T TRUST THIS APP OR COMPANY. Only PayPal for me!
