Overcharging me

I was told by a friend to use this app, that it cost nothing to get paid and transfer to my bank. I received $24 and transferred to my bank account, this company charged me 4 charges 2 for Direct Deposits and 2 for Other Insurance/Financial all for $.92 or about 4%. This is certainly overcharging! I’ll be canceling if this is their normal protocol.
