They can freeze your money with no reason.

I received an email today told me that I was a victim for a scammer. Then they freezes my account with no reason. I have no recent transactions nor activities, yet they refused to provide any evidence or reason. I have no clue what happened, and I have $1000 inside that I can never get back!!!!!!!
